Plastic Inject Molding

UNION Provide reliable one-stop solution for your projects, so after tool creation, we can also run plastic injection molding production at our molding shop.

We do sampling, pilot run production, and series production as per your necessary.

Quality of molding parts is guaranteed, at top level but reasonable price.

No matter small pilot run or series production, we will take care of the quality same.

Molding Machines:

Our molding department have injection machines from 20 Tons to 1000 Tons. For the request beyond our scope, we will finish testing and production with our faithful and neighborly partner. 　 Our biggest molding capability is 2400 Tons with injection capability 10115 grams.

Molding Quality:　 The small batch production to testing the mould character or the mass production of clients request, are all under the strict quality control process. Same as the Mould in our company, quality is our eternal seeking.

Molding Material:

Any high-quality plastic resin can be used, such as GE of America, BAYER of Germany, POLY of Japan etc.

If customer want to further cut down the product cost, we can recommend local raw materials manufactured in China mainland and ensure product quality at the same time.

We are well familiar with ABS, PC, ABS/PC, PS, SAN, PP, NYLON, PMMA, POM, PET, TPE, TPR, ULTEM, PE ...

Molding Colors:
The color of products will also be made as per the clients need. We use a world admissive standard "PANTONE" & "RAL" to remove the misunderstanding between us which will possible happen.
